DIY Christmas Ornaments

This year I was sooo excited to decorate Amelia's Christmas tree! I knew exactly how I wanted to decorate it since October! Her room is a floral theme so I decided to do the same theme for her tree!
I searched and searched everywhere for blush colored ornaments and couldn't find them anywhere so I decided to make my own! Here's what you need: Clear glass ornaments, Mop N Glow (or the knock off brand), Glitter, and a Bowl.

  1. First take off the tops of the ornament top
  2. Next squirt Mop N Glow into the bulb and swirl around, dump the remaining back into the bottle or the bowl
  3. Pour glitter into bulb and swirl, may need to pour glitter a few times so bulb is covered
  4. Pour out any excess glitter into bowl
  5. Put the top back onto the ornament and there you have it! So easy and simple!
One tradition I want to start with my children is buying a special ornament every year for each of them.  That way when they are older and on go on their own they will have a box of ornaments that have special memories.
